Prices, timelines, and other terms of our services are agreed individually and become binding only once a written contract is concluded between us and the client. In particular, car cost estimates are approximate: the final cost depends on the seller’s price, transportation costs, customs duties, and other mandatory charges in effect on the transaction date.

The website’s texts, graphics, photos, logo, design, and code are protected by Law No. 139/2010 on Copyright and Related Rights and other applicable legislation. The rights belong to us or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

We will try to resolve any disagreement amicably. If that is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Municipality of Chișinău, unless the law mandatorily provides for a different jurisdiction (for example, in favor of consumers).

These terms are available in Romanian, Russian, and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
