Data processing and web administration

Websites, databases and online services need constant attention to stay fast, secure and up to date. We take over the routine work — processing and organizing data, administering sites, updating and maintaining web resources — so your team can focus on the business.

What we do

We process your data, keep your websites running and manage the digital infrastructure behind them.

01

Data processing and management

We collect, clean, structure and store your data, set up imports, exports and backups, and keep databases in order. Your data becomes a reliable basis for reports and decisions.

02

Website administration

Content updates, user and access management, CMS and plugin updates, forms and integrations. The site stays current without your team having to deal with the technical side.

03

Web resource maintenance

Regular updates, security checks, backups and fixes for errors and broken pages. We also keep an eye on loading speed and on the correct operation of key functions.

04

Digital infrastructure management

Domains, hosting, SSL certificates, business email and DNS records — managed in one place, with renewals and access under control.

05

Online project support

Technical support for online stores, portals and web services: handling incidents, making minor changes and preparing the project for traffic peaks and new features.

Why it matters

  • Sites that stay up and secure

Updates, backups and security checks happen on schedule, not after something has broken.

  • Data you can trust

Structured, clean and backed-up data means accurate reports and fewer manual corrections.

  • Access and domains under control

Domains, hosting, certificates and credentials are tracked, renewed on time and documented in one place.

Questions & answers

Can you administer a site built by another developer?

Yes. We start with a technical review of the site, its code and hosting, then tell you plainly what can be maintained as is and what needs fixing first.

What kinds of data processing do you handle?

Typical tasks include cleaning and structuring databases, importing and migrating data between systems, regular exports and reports, and setting up backups. The exact scope is agreed for each project.

Who owns the site, the domain and the data?

You do. Domains, hosting and accounts are registered to your company or transferred to it, and all access is documented and handed over on request.

How is the work priced?

It depends on the number of resources, their complexity and how often changes are needed. After an initial assessment we prepare a written estimate — for a monthly support package or for specific tasks.

How do we submit requests?

Through the channel agreed at the start of the engagement, with a clear record of each request and its status. Response times and priorities are set out in the agreement.

Do you handle personal data in line with the law?

Yes. We work with personal data only for the purposes and within the access you define, in line with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova and other data protection rules that apply to your project. A data processing agreement can be signed before work begins.

Let's discuss your request.

Describe the task in a few lines — we'll come back with questions and a clear next step.
