IT infrastructure management and operations
We take responsibility for the systems your team works on every day — servers, workstations, networks and the services that run on them. We set up the infrastructure properly, maintain it, monitor it and improve it as your business grows. Instead of ad-hoc fixes, you get one team accountable for the result.

What we do
We set up, maintain and monitor your computer systems so the business runs on stable, predictable IT.
Computer systems management
We administer servers, workstations and core services: user accounts, access rights, updates and backups. Every change is documented, so you always know what is running and who has access.
IT infrastructure setup
We design and configure networks, servers and workplaces for your office or team — from scratch or on top of what you already have. The result is a structure that is secure, easy to understand and ready to grow.
Technical maintenance
Scheduled maintenance of hardware and software: updates, security patches, backup checks and replacement planning. Problems are prevented, not just fixed after they have stopped the work.
System monitoring and support
We track the state of servers, networks and key services and act on warnings before they lead to downtime. If something does fail, your team knows exactly who to contact.
IT infrastructure optimization
We find bottlenecks, unnecessary costs and outdated components, then propose specific improvements. The goal is faster, more reliable systems without paying for capacity you do not use.
Why it matters
Predictable operations
Planned maintenance and monitoring replace emergency fixes, so fewer problems reach your team as sudden outages.
Clear accountability
One team looks after your infrastructure, keeps the documentation up to date and answers for the result.
Costs under control
You know what your IT infrastructure consists of, what it costs and where investment is needed next — decisions are based on facts, not guesswork.
How it works
- 01AuditWe review your current systems, network, access rights and backups, and record what we find.
- 02Plan and agreementWe propose the scope of work, priorities and support terms, and set them out in a written agreement.
- 03Setup and stabilizationWe fix critical issues, configure what is missing and bring the infrastructure to a documented baseline.
- 04Ongoing operationsMaintenance, monitoring and support run on the agreed schedule, with regular reports.
- 05Periodic reviewAt regular intervals we review the state of the infrastructure with you and plan the next improvements.
Questions & answers
Do you work with the infrastructure we already have?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is already in place, keep what works and propose changes only where they solve a real problem.
Can you manage our IT on an ongoing basis instead of an in-house administrator?
Yes, this is one of our main formats. We can take over administration completely or work alongside your in-house specialist, handling the tasks you agree to hand over.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. Most monitoring and administration is done remotely, so we can also work with companies outside Moldova, while hardware setup and any work that requires physical access is done at the client's premises. The format, including on-site work for clients abroad, is agreed with each client.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of systems, their complexity and the level of support you need. After an initial assessment we prepare a written estimate, and the final terms are set out in the agreement.
How quickly do you respond to incidents?
Response times depend on the support level and are set out in the agreement. Together we define in advance which problems are critical and how they are handled, so there are no surprises when something goes wrong.
Who has access to our systems and data?
Only the specialists assigned to your project, and only with the access rights you approve. All access is documented, and we can sign a confidentiality agreement before work begins.
