Custom Software Development
We design and build software around the way your business actually works. Web applications, internal systems, process automation and integrations between the tools you already use — delivered in clear stages, with visible progress at every step.

What we do
Software built around your processes — from web applications to enterprise systems and integrations.
Software for your business tasks
We build applications from your real business requirements instead of bending the company to fit an off-the-shelf product. Scope, priorities and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before development starts.
Web applications and online services
Browser-based applications, customer portals and online services that work on desktop and mobile. From the start, we design for real users, real traffic and ongoing updates.
Enterprise software solutions
Internal systems for operations, sales, warehouse or finance — with roles, access rights and an activity log wherever the business needs them.
Business process automation
We find repetitive manual work — approvals, reports, data entry, notifications — and replace it with reliable automated workflows. Fewer errors and less routine for your team.
Systems integration
We connect CRM, ERP, accounting, your online store and third-party services through APIs, so data moves between them without manual copying. One reliable source of data instead of scattered spreadsheets.
Why it matters
Built for how you work
The software follows your processes, not the other way around. You pay for the functions you need, not for a license full of features nobody uses.
Transparent from day one
Agreed scope for each stage, regular demos and direct access to the team. You see progress in working software, not in status reports.
Ready to grow
Architecture, documentation and handover are planned so the system can be extended later — by us or by your own team.
How it works
- 01DiscoveryWe study your processes, users and existing systems, and agree on goals and constraints.
- 02Specification and estimateWe describe the scope, architecture and stages and prepare a written estimate of cost and timeline.
- 03Design and prototypeWe validate interface prototypes and key technical decisions with you before full development begins.
- 04Iterative developmentWe work in short iterations, show working results at every stage and adjust priorities together with you.
- 05Testing and launchFunctional testing, data migration and deployment to production, plus training for the team that will use the system.
- 06Support and evolutionAfter launch, we fix issues, monitor the system and add new features as your needs change.
Questions & answers
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope, complexity and integrations. After a discovery call, we prepare a written estimate with the cost broken down by stage, so there are no surprises.
How long does development take?
Timelines depend on the scope and the number of integrations. We fix them in the written estimate after discovery and split the work into stages, so a first working version can go live before the whole project is finished.
Who owns the source code?
Rights to the code and documentation are set out in the contract before development starts, so you know exactly what you receive at handover.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
In most cases, yes. During discovery, we review the APIs and data formats of your existing systems, and if a system has no API, we discuss alternatives such as file exchange or database-level integration.
What happens after launch?
We can continue with technical support, fixes and new features under a separate support agreement. The scope of support is agreed in advance, so you know what is covered.
What do you need from us to get started?
A description of the task in your own words and a contact person who knows the process. Existing documents, spreadsheets or screenshots of current tools help, but a detailed specification is not required — we prepare it together during discovery.
